OUR WORK

Projects that neededsomeone to own them.

01

END-TO-END PRODUCTION

A Hollywood indie feature. A budget nobody wanted to touch.

The director came with a screenplay, a budget that made every production house laugh, and nowhere to go.

We came on as co-producers. Replaced the expected with the possible. Marathi industry crew, theatre actors, a production built around what the story actually needed rather than what the industry assumed it required.

The film got made. Within budget. It went on to win at the Manhattan Film Festival.

02

END-TO-END PRODUCTION

A documentary built from a camera and a conviction.

A filmmaker from Canada arrived with a cinematographer, his cameras, and a story worth telling. HIV survivors whose voices had not been heard with the depth they deserved.

No local crew. No infrastructure. No plan beyond the intent.

We handled everything that followed. Planning, scheduling, crew, interviews, writing, editing. Every decision made in service of the story he had come to tell.

Surviving The Stigma won. Because it was made properly.

03

STRATEGY AND ARCHITECTURE

A film institute that had spent everything and earned nothing.

A massive investment in an online auditioning portal. A team that had shrunk to almost nothing. The founder preparing to leave Mumbai and go home.

The problem was not the product. It was the story — who this person was, what he stood for, and why anyone in Bollywood should listen to him.

We rebuilt that story from the ground up. Positioned him as a mentor with genuine industry credibility. Created a content system around that identity and ran it — writing, shooting, editing, managing — with him as the face and us as everything behind it.

The team grew back to fifteen. YouTube alone generated ₹1.5 lacs a month. The institute found its audience because the founder finally had a story worth finding.

04

RESCUE AND COMPLETION

An abandoned project. 20% of the shoot remained. The budget had more than doubled.

A Bollywood feature that had gone significantly over budget, stalled mid-production, and lost its director.

It needed someone to step in, work with what existed, and see it through.

We came in as post-production director. Worked with what had been shot. Made the calls that needed making. No patch work. No excuses about what wasn't there.

The film won the Rajasthan Film Festival award for direction. It aired on Netflix.
